In his book "The Book of Giants" (part of "The Earth Chronicles" series), Sitchin explores the theme of giants on Earth. He claims that the Anunnaki, being much taller and more powerful than humans, interbred with human females, producing offspring known as giants or Nephilim. These giants were said to be enormous, with some reaching heights of over 10 meters (33 feet).

In conclusion, while Zechariah Sitchin's work on giants on Earth is intriguing, it remains a topic of debate and controversy. His theories, as presented in "The Earth Chronicles," are not supported by mainstream scholars and scientists, but continue to inspire interest and discussion among enthusiasts of ancient history and ufology.

According to Sitchin, the Earth was visited by advanced extraterrestrial beings, known as the Anunnaki or Nephilim, who arrived on our planet about 450,000 years ago. These beings allegedly came from a hypothetical planet called Nibiru, which orbits the sun every 3,600 years. The Anunnaki, Sitchin claims, were interested in Earth's resources, particularly gold, which they needed to repair their planet's atmosphere.
